Year 2011 RealEtta Oy foundations were created when I worked at Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Partner in Helsinki, Finland. My LKV-examination for legalized real estate agents in Finland was in May 2012 and I graduated right away. From Erottajankatu business premises the Great Helsinki area and many other parts of Finland became familiar to me through deals like GE Healthcare new offices in Kuopio, Finn Flame new premises in Espoo and Hööks new shop in Turku (Raisio). The most northern premises I have sold so far are in Rovaniemi and were sold from Tavistock to a private owner. Co-operation together with Cushman & Wakefield retail team in London for Swarovski, Marks & Spencer, GamesWorkShop and New Yorker, just to mention few, was interesting and versatile. ICSC, Mipim and Mapic became familiar and I was so called "Mother of the idea" for the Nordic Real Estate Seminar which was held in MAPIC in Palais des festivals, Cannes, France 13-15 November 2013. I also published an article from Finland and it’s real estate markets in Retail Europe 2011 book together with my colleague. Since then I have been in project to bring one real estate agency chain to Finland and working in three known real estate agencies for apartments and houses. It is time for my own business now. RealEtta Oy was founded to be the dominant force in Great Helsinki Area and Finland real estate, to build a record of success and longevity unparalleled in the industry. Our devoted team of selected partners is doing the job right, building a presence in the Great Helsinki Area, Finland, Tallinn, Estonia etc. and making a difference for people in real estate.
